Product Overview
Hastelloy pipes are specified where corrosion resistance matters more than any other property — wet chlorine, hot contaminated acids and mixed oxidising/reducing environments that would rapidly attack stainless or even most nickel alloys.
We stock C-276 and C-22 for oxidising/reducing mixed-acid duty, along with B-2 for pure reducing-acid environments such as hydrochloric and sulphuric acid processing.

Technical Note — Hastelloy's molybdenum and chromium content is verified by PMI on every incoming heat, since even small compositional drift materially affects pitting resistance in the aggressive services these pipes are specified for.
