Product Overview
Hastelloy plate is used solid or as explosion-bonded cladding on pressure vessels and reactor shells handling the most aggressive process chemistries — mixed oxidising/reducing acids and wet chlorine.
C-276 and C-22 are stocked in solution-annealed condition, cut to fabrication size.

Technical Note — Plate destined for explosion-bonded cladding is supplied to tighter flatness tolerance on request, since surface irregularity affects bond quality during the cladding process.
