Product Overview

Titanium sheet is formed into aerospace skins, marine components and chemical processing equipment where its weight saving and corrosion resistance justify the premium over stainless steel.

We stock Grade 1 for the most formable applications, Grade 2 as the general commercially pure standard, and Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) for structural aerospace fabrication.

Technical Note — Sheet surfaces are protected with a peelable film during transit to prevent scratching, since titanium's thin oxide layer — while chemically protective — is easily marked by abrasive handling before fabrication.
