Product Overview
Hastelloy flanges connect the most corrosion-critical piping loops we supply — chemical reactor circuits and flue-gas desulphurisation systems handling wet chlorine and mixed acid condensates that would rapidly attack lesser alloys.
Weld neck and blind types are held in C-276 and C-22, forged and machined to ASME B16.5.

Technical Note — PMI verification is applied to every Hastelloy flange forging prior to machining, since molybdenum content directly governs pitting resistance in the chloride-rich services these flanges serve.
